1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ShedX mobile application ("App") or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. ShedX is a venture of SHAKS Projects. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement regarding your use of our industrial real estate and construction services.
2. Personal Data & Privacy
Data we Collect
We collect your mobile number for identity verification via OTP. For property listings, we collect location data, property dimensions, and contact information to facilitate secure industrial matches.
SMS Verification
We use verified third-party SMS gateways to deliver OTPs. Your number is only shared with these service providers to enable account authentication.
Right to Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Store policies, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To do so, please email projects@shaks.in with the subject "Data Deletion". We will process your request within 48 hours.
3. User Registration & Security
Identity Verification
Users must register with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for all actions taken under your verified number. We ensure all session data is encrypted and secure.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our industrial construction and leasing services.
4. Marketplace Intermediary
Listing Accuracy
SHAKS Projects acts as an intermediary. While we strive to physically verify all industrial sheds and warehouses, users must conduct their own due diligence before financial commitments.
Intellectual Property
All construction blueprints, designs, and brand assets displayed on ShedX are the protected intellectual property of SHAKS Projects.
5. Disclaimers & Contact
Limitation of Liability
SHAKS Projects is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from discovery-based interactions on the Platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
